Certified coach specialising in challenging self defeating behaviours, identifying what action can be taken around thinking traps and incorporating skills to manage negative experiences.

 

I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) with a Level 2 Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coaching. I also have a passion for music with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Commercial Music and 20+ years experience as a music producer and an international performing artist. More recently I've diversified my skill and worked as a graphic designer at Aviro Launch Services helping brands thrive on Amazon.

 

Life is always changing and building resilience is one of its keys to success. I believe power of what you learn through knowledge and experiences. Success isn't always guaranteed, but taking positive action can multiply the possibilities. I'm confident that everyone, given the opportunity, has the capacity to recover, learn and grow. I like to acknowledge members as the expert in their life and empower them by focusing on what they can do first and any help they need second.
